I offer 1 on 1 coaching for people of all skill levels. This is perfect for anyone who might be a little newer to the gym, we go over the technical nuances of all the major movement patterns so you can feel strong and confident when you walk in the gym! Programs are completely customized to each individual and updated weekly.

How It Works
Consultation & Assessment
During your initial consultation we'll discuss your goals, experience, injury history, nutrition and lifestyle on a video call! If you decide to sign up I’ll guide you through the onboarding process, app set up, and identify the initial areas of focus and answer any questions you might have as we move into your first week of training.
Program Delivered Via App
After onboarding your personalized program will be delivered through our training app for the following week! Each exercise will have detailed instructions as well as a video example or tutorial for you to reference if you need it. If there are any problems reach out and we can make adjustments as needed.
Get To Training!
Get started on your program! Workout whenever and wherever you like! Simply fill in what you did for each exercise, leave any notes, and upload videos you might want reviewed for the following week! Don’t forget to ask questions if you have any.
Check In And Update Weekly
At the end of the week I’ll review all of your workouts, any videos you uploaded to the app, and any additional questions you have in a video review while we look to the week ahead! Programs are updated WEEKLY to ensure the program is reflective of you and your progress.
