Hey I’m Seth!

As a kid growing up in Brooklyn NY one of the only things I found myself able to stick to and be consistent with at a young age was martial arts. Fast forward to my late teens and early 20’s and I was training full time as a boxer and kickboxer. I was coaching, competing and training as card as I could as often as I could. In 2016 I was the runner up in the International Chinese Martial Arts Championship but after the competition I had severely hurt my back . That eventually got better and back to training like a maniac I was. The only problem: I kept getting hurt.

The more I trained and coached the more I realized how little we knew about the world of strength and conditioning. We were chronically tired or injured. Being sidelined by more injuries lead me to coaching full time, and in that time I made it my goal to learn as much as I could about strength, conditioning and mobility training.

I still coach a small team of competitive boxers here in Texas, where I get to use my past experience to help them avoid the same pitfalls I made when I was competing but most of my time is spent working on the strength and conditioning side of the equation.

I’ve made it my mission to help people from all walks of life reach their fitness or sports performance goals without spending all day in the gym or being chronically injured! Whether you’re looking to improve performance, improve your health, or keep up with your kids I’m here to help.
